Bunaharitake mushroom

Bunaharitake is an edible mushroom that appears in autumn, growing in layers on fallen and dead beech trees.
Its pure white appearance and fragrant fragrance make it relatively easy to spot.

The underside of the cap has countless needle-like protrusions, which is where its name "bunaharitake" comes from.

It is recommended to eat it in soups or stir-fried in oil.
