Harpagophytum procumbens
The product features Harpagophytum procumbens captured in the acryl.
The plant belongs to the family of sesame and bears woody fruits with claws. The fruit, characterized by its unique shape, spreads seeds by getting tangled in animals†coats and expands its growth area.
There is an episode of a lion who got the fruit caught in its mouth and eventually died of hunger because of the pain, which made the lion unable to eat.
